Because the Vault uses genuine End-to-End Encryption, we do not store your Master Password. If you lose your password, and you lose your Recovery Phrase, your Vault photos are permanently irrecoverable.

Recovery Phrase

When you create your Vault, you are provided a 12-word recovery phrase. Write this down and store it in a secure, physical location. It is the only way to restore access to your encrypted media if you forget your password.
